Hey everyone, if I may have a minute or two of your time, I'd like to specially thank all of you.

First off, thanks for serving on Sunday morning. Our region was seriously short on ushers when I made a call for help on Saturday night. To be honest, I expected a few extra people to turn up. I was overwhelmed (come to think of it, I still am) at the number of volunteers we got. It's not very often that you find teens willing to drag themselves out of bed early Sunday morning to go help out in church. For that, I am truly grateful to all of you. Many thanks for waking up early, dressing up, and volunteering your services with nary a complaint.

I also want to thank you for being such a big part of my life. You all are some of the best friends that I have. Thanks for all the love you have shown me over the years, the many kind words and caring gestures you have given and shown. Keep being The Crazy Net, and God Bless You All!

hey crazy net! and readers of the crazy net blog!!
I just decided to blog on the blog because no one blogged!
Just wanna thank God for the miraculous job he has done for my net the last net outreach. we had a great attendance of approximately 25 people!! (: and 5 salvations!! Thank God for opening the ears and the hearts of the visitors that day! we couldn't have done it without Him.
I'm looking forward to the next net outreach and i'm hoping for more and more salvations!! (:

Geesh. anw, just wanna say a word of thanks to those who wanted to send me off and those who insisted real bad
this, to me, only meant something la; that i did something right this time.
I'm pretty sure i didn't return with a black face this holiday, unlike the previous ones. and even went for youth camp! which was a blast of course.
hope you guys benefited from whatever mini preachings i managed to help share over net

Giving(thanks evil) to the youth was something new to me cos basically, we don't have anyone below us. Currently, my aussie net will have a grad total of 3 members and me, being the youngest and it always was inputting and growing ourselves. didn't really have the chance to pass what we learnt down. (it's OK, i got the "take the city" mentality from here and I'm bringing it back!!! woot!)
So, despite my limited ways in how i can pass down in the crazy net, i was very surprised with how God worked thru me this time

Attitude, I'm glad was something God changed in me this holiday. i couldn't believe that i actually went for youth camp, got myself caught in a room full of very high 12 year olds that couldn't stop singing delta boleh -.- seriously, that was torture! ;p

Net leaders, i will be v hard on you guys and I'm not nice. strive harder to improve and learn more. you don't have to, you need to. Arthur phua, please don't stress upon reading this. (i know you will. LOL.). it's not the doing, all of you got it right so far. being v faithful in all our services and how much you've contributed... you're net leaders, good and bad of you will be passed down. so you def cant afford having much bad. woah...big expectations eh? feel the pressure? good.

For the lone wolf; of course i understand that time alone is important. don't need to be shocked. we all need to time to explore ourselves. but learn to prioritise and leave that for home yeah. socialising is important too. practise both with a good balance. I'm sure this is something simple you can handle

For px; getting the job was merely one of the simple blessings God blatantly gave you favour because you were faithful! helloo... you are one of the vvvvvvv rare newcomers that goes for net, the edge, morning AND evening! and of course, keep up the hunger for God

Ok tonight's lesson was on New Frontiers, about how God is moving throughout the nations as more and more people are hearing the gospel and how or church is sending mission teams out to do the risky jobs of church planting in areas where the gospel has never been heard before.

Esther net is going to have a Mismatch/mixmatch party for our 27th Feb Outreach!
The teams are as follows :
Food : JJ, Esther, Jeremy, Joel, Dayna
Games : Arthur, Valerie, Marcia, Pin Xuan, Lavette.
We also have designated every Wednesday between 1-3pm for prayer and fasting.
Fast lunch to take about 20 mins or so to pray for the outreach, our nets, the planning, etc.
And last but not least, INVITE friends!
The whole point of the outreach is for friends to come to know christ!
So please please pray that God will give you names and faces, and that opportunities will just come!
Hope our first outreach is a success!

Wah.. it's been sometime since I posted something and this blog seems to be quite dormant.. other than the occasional post. =p Come on people, those on holidays, do something! Post up all the pictures you have in your computer or something (those with our faces of cos) and keep this going k?! I so miss having one big net together, playing Jenga and what-not. SIGH. We shall hang out during hols or something.. somewhere in DEC! Ha.

Alright, I shall just blog something and study for my test tomorrow soon!
My mum placed this wooden thing on my keyboard to remind me.. and I found it cool, so thought I'd post it here too. I guess some of you might have heard it, but no harm reading it again. =) So, have a good week ahead!

The Difference

I got up early one morning and rushed right into the day;
I had so much to accomplish that I didn't have time to pray.

Problems just tumbled about me, and heavier came each task;
"Why doesn't God help me?" I wondered, He answered, "You didn't ask".

I wanted to see joy and beauty, but the day toiled on, gray and bleak;
I wondered why God didn't show me, He said, "But you didn't seek".

I tried to come into God's presence; I used all my keys at the lock.
God gently and lovingly childed, "My child, you didn't knock".

I woke up early this morning, and paused before entering they day;
I had so much to accomplish that I had to take time to pray.

So, let's all jia you together! =) I know it's hard, tell me about it. Haha. When it's so nice to sleep and all... zzzzz. -We're all in this together- Yeah!

What Comes After Gold?

Just thought I will write out a newspaper reflection on one of the articles i read today. (haha, doesn't newspaper reflection sound so familiar to secondary school life?). I found it really interesting, and for those who wanna read up on it, it can be found on Life page C8, 19th August 2008.

The article is named "What comes after gold?", and it talks about Gold winners in the Olympics reaching their "ultimate" goal in life, sacrificing and giving it all that they have got, their childhood, other dreams, love, family time, and then feeling a sense of loss because all that they were living for is over. Just to quote an example,

"New york - Decathlete Bruce Jenner (above) crossed the finish line in the 1,500m final in the 1976 Montreal Olympics, arms flying above his head, knowing he had won the gold, and that he had set a world record. He just did not know what he was doing for dinner.

"I had no plans, nothing,' said Jenner in a telephone interview last Saturday.A friend lent him the use of a luxury suite in Montreal that night with sweeping views of the city where he had just been immortalised.

"So there I was in this amazing suite... and I'm looking around and the place had a grand piano, and i thought, maybe i should learn to play the piano. I mean, I was extremely satisfied but also devastated by the finality of it all.' "

According to Dr Ungerlied, many Olympians having serious problems post-Olympics as "this was the only life they knew and it was inconceivable to do anything else". He wrote in his study that was published in 1997.

Over the past few days, I kindda admired the medal winners at the Olympics, taking to note the amount of hard work they had put in to get to where they were, and wondering whether I could be in their position if I was given the right opportunity. (maybe the next Michale Phelps. haha) . But after reading this article, I realised that the few seconds of glory and the circular piece made up of goal was still not the best thing to sacrifice your "whole life" for.

This brought me to the bible verse:

1 Corinthians 9: 24 - 26
24. Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize?
Run in such a way as to get the prize.
25. Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training.
They do it to get a crown that will not last; but we do it to get a crown that will last forever.
26. Therefore I do not run like a man running aimlessly;
I do not fight like a man beating the air.

I guess this verse just says it all.

Well, one thing is for sure, tht this race (the christian race) that we are running for has a prize that will lasts forever. Don't give up all my brothers and sisters in Christ. We will def not be disappointed when we reach the finish line together!

Footprints in the sand

Hey guys!

No. I haven't died.

anws, I got 2 testimonies. so here goes,

Background first:
I moved in with 2 housemates this year.
I kind of regretted it straight away cos no1, i wasn't used to staying with ppl.
no2. the best friend of one of my housemates whom i didn't like wanted to join in.

in short, that friend confirmed that she was going to stay with us.
i freaked out. basically. ran to my friend's place to panic. yup i sure did.
listened to good advice.
talked to my housemate.
made up with her friend. (we had problems with each other for the longest time)

even still, although we made up, it still wasn't healthy to stay with each other.
by the time i was already in the who-cares and the whole I'm-going-to-hole-up-in-my-room attitude.
if you get what i mean(;

in the end, when her parents heard the costs, they freaked out.
so, no. she's not staying anymore.

my whole point here is not to badmouth her but to say how amazing God works in our lives.
because if i didn't know tt we'll be staying tgt, i wouldn't have made the first initiative to make up with her. and the thing is, currently, our relationship is slowly (yes, slowly) getting better. (we're just trying to not step on each other's toes.)

i felt it was good and necessary, although it was definitely NOT FUN to go thru all tt freaking out and making up because the friction tt we had was going on for more than 6mths alr.
But, I'm glad it's over.

testimony no2:

because the place tt i moved in was a house and not student accommodation,
it was empty. yup. nothing. ko-song. no furniture. nothing.
basically, i didn't like the house at all but i didn't have control over tt area.

it was old and disgusting.
the carpets were like shit.
there's grime in what seems like everywhere in the kitchen.
it was dusty EVERYWHERE. (despite the multiple vacuuming).
a wall of bricks for one side of the kitchen, dining room and the living room
the living room freaked me out the first time i saw it. almost had a heart attack.
it was a cave!!!
cold and dark.
there's cobwebs everywhere.

yeah...as you can tell, i really didn't like the place.
it was so easy for me to find so many -ve points with the hse.
it took me quite a while to get adjusted.

but what i want to thank god for is the fact tt although it was a slow start,
(getting all the furniture and all)
I've actually been really blessed.
ppl from church have just been giving me so many things to make my room so much cosier
also, cos i didnt want to spend money buying too many stuffs

here's what I've been blessed with:
-mattress (approx. $2-300?)
-very good/ex heater
-a very^million good stereo system
-a bean bag (approx $40 for just the skin)
-a cork board

so yeah....thank god for all those. saved me sooo much money.
I'm happy!
staying with housemates still needs adjustment.
but just reflecting on what has been happening the past few months made me really thankful of what God has done.

To get out of difficulty, one must usually go through it!

I got that from an email quite a long time ago, not sure if you guys have seen it. But thought I'd share this with all of you cos it speaks to me quite abit, I hope this sheds some light on you too. And be encouraged by it!

On a VERY happy note! WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS for inter-region captains' ball game. A very last minute put together team, thanks to various reasons, but WE DID IT! =)
Thank God we were not the first few teams that hadta play, if not we would have gotta play on the grass, which was VERY muddy and dirty.
After the heavy rain, we shifted to the badminton court area, which was MUCH better. And when we were playing, the rain wasn't that heavy.
Thank God too that I didn't fell 'sicker' than I was even after being in the cold rain for a long time.
The most fun game was the finals, which was played against region 5/6. More like a friendly match than a competition. Ha. Totally cool!
But yeap, I actually did enjoy myself even though I kinda refused to play in the rain at first. Haha.
Alrightttt.. signing off, cos Valerie the Ah Ma keeps nagging at me to finish this update quick cos she wants to read.
If you think I'm naggy, you havent meet Valerie yet. =p

ENCOUNTER !!!!

hehe...yupp...encounter was GREAT!...
tough it was only a short period of 2days 1night,
I could see that the gals that went for the encounter has indeed encountered God and all of us has been touched by him.

so here are testimonies and by Marcia,Esther Lye,Jacinda,Dayna and me =D (in no particular order)

1) I really enjoyed it! woohoo! haha.erm before the encounter, i prayed to God that during the encounter, hopefully i will be able to learn more about God forgiving our sins and i really leanrned about it. it's like God answered my prayer, i am really happy =) i learnt to forgive people for what they did in the past that hurt us and also really encountered and felt God's presence and the holy spirit.

2)i really enjoyed myself throughout this encountered and i also have learnt a lot from this camp. i learnt more bout the cross, sins and forgiving.the presence and of God and the Holy Spirit could be felt in every session without fail. yea...i also thank God for the rest for the girls who went to the encounter with me to witness the encounter with God. it was really cool!...woohoo! I AM FREE! ~I LOVE ENCOUNTER...I LOVE YOUTH CAMP...I LOVE MY YOUTH!~(sounds familiar? xp)

3)God really helped me in the encounter. i really learnt a lot of things and is really happy. i learnt how to forgive people who annoyed me. my sins are now forgiven and i am very relief now.the sleeping part was quite ok la... overall very nice!!

4)i felt that this youth encounter is very meaningful.they tought us about vision for success, the joy of forgiveness, self-hatred and unforgiveness ect. during the time of prayer, the Lord touched my heart and i could feel that he loves and and he cares for me. i hope that i can go to the youth encounter again.

5)God has really changed my life.it was really cool feeling so close to God! i could really feel God's presence in the room! the feeling was cool and nice to know that God is with us all the while. i have learn to forgive and forget those things people said or do to me last time. and I'M FREE NOW! woah!

Since its the exams period and all of us are like busy studying and stuffs, sometimes we just feel sooo tired...
i mean not only during our exams period but than anytime of our lives, when we are just feeling sooo tired and not wanna do anything...yea...its like...you really dont have the strength...than this verse is for you!
Esther shared me this verse some time ago when i was really really very tired and stressed...and i think its just so appropriate now since its the exam period...

Well, shared this before, but for those who didnt get it or hear it, here's it! =)

One day, an expert in time management was speaking to a group of business students and, to drive home a point, used an illustration those students will never forget.

As he stood in front of the group of high-powered overachievers he said, "Okay, time for a quiz" and he pulled out a one-gallon, mason jar and set it on the table in front of him. He also produced about a dozen fist-sized rocks and carefully placed them, one at a time, into the jar. When the jar was filled to the top and no more rocks would fit inside, he asked, "Is this jar full?"

Everyone in the class yelled, "Yes."

The time management expert replied, "Really?" He reached under the table and pulled out a bucket of gravel. He dumped some gravel in and shook the jar causing pieces of gravel to work themselves down into the spaces between the big rocks. He then asked the group once more, "Is the jar full?" By this time the class was on to him.

"Probably not," one of them answered. "Good!" he replied. He reached under the table and brought out a bucket of sand. He started dumping the sand in the jar and it went into all of the spaces left between the rocks and the gravel. Once more he asked the question, "Is this jar full?"

"No!" the class shouted.

Once again he said, "Good." Then he grabbed a pitcher of water and began to pour it in until the jar was filled to the brim.

Then he looked at the class and asked, "What is the point of this illustration?"

One eager beaver raised his hand and said, "The point is, no matter how full your schedule is, if you try really hard you can always fit some more things in it!"

"No," the speaker replied, "that's not the point. The truth this illustration teaches us is: If you don't put the big rocks in first, you'll never get them in at all. What are the 'big rocks' in your life-time with your loved ones, your faith, your education, your dreams, a worthy cause, teaching or mentoring others? Remember to put these BIG ROCKS in first or you'll never get them in at all."

So, tonight, or in the morning, when you are reflecting on this short story, ask yourself this question: What are the 'big rocks' in my life? Then, put those in your jar first.

We had an awesome time at net on Fri! His presence was just so strongly felt and we all were ministered to in one way or another.

His love is just so amazing, isn't it?

Well, really, once again.. I wanna thank God for such a great and understanding group of members! I dunno what I will do without members like them! =)

Feeling really sick today.. exhausted from all the sneezing I had and the very very late night sleep last night. Didnt wanna go for net but decided to cos John was teaching for the FIRST time!
And I'm glad I did! Heh.
I felt great after attending.
Felt rather moody before net but now the moodiness is lifted and I feel rather happy!

I appreciate the present and cake that was presented to me last week. Really touched and happy.

The acceptance you guys give to me is wonderful.. although I fall short many times of what I should be, seeing how you all are growing, I feel so encouraged!

this may seem like a really random pic but it means a lot to me. i'll share abt it: i felt tt my relationship with God was exactly like this pic; it was going up and down like nobody's business. anw, i was very sick of it and shared it during net (cos it was related to the lesson). guess what, ven drew this on her book earlier and later told me abt it. she kind of said something like this: lean on God when you are in one of this "valleys". and besides you know that these valleys will will help improve your relationship with God. these valleys will bring you higher and higher. see the slope? it's going tt way /.

LIFEgrp. so oh biang. tell me abt it) decided to watch a movie instead of having norm lessons. we watched 300. i bet it's rated m18 back in spore. anw, for those who watched it, you'll know tt it's abt Sparta ( some Greek nation ). and i just received my HOI essay qns. guess what's it abt? SPARTA! hahaha. ok...Thank God for making me watch tt show cos i know i wld nv have watched tt show if i was alone or with other friends. yup! cos it definitely will help me heaps in my essay!(:

So we had a BBQ last Sat.. it was awesome! Haha.

I must say it went pretty smoothly. Like the allocation of food and all were well thought of. And the chicken wings were pre-cooked, just needed to heat it up. Very smart. Haha.

I just boss the people around. Good job to have!
Advantages of being the oldest and bossiest. Hehe.

While the rest went up for worship service, some of us stayed behind to help pack up stuff. Again, duty of bossing people around. =p

THen we headed up to find candles being lighted and stuff like that. Not too sure what really went on.. but I thought the whole thing was really cool. And the presence of God was strongly felt.
Then we started taking some photos... just a few.

Net was awesome this week.
We had crazy fun and a really great time of worship. Thanks Lim siblings. Hehe.
We also shared testimonies about synergiz, as well as others.

Like:
Johnathan got into Republic Poly (when friends who had higher grade didnt make it into poly) and dad got him a Fujistsu laptop

Esther also was blessed with a Fujistsu laptop.

It's really amazing how good God is.

David and Esther told us a joke which I thought was hilarious.
It's funnier when you hear it.

Anyways, both of them were trying to print something from the laptop but failed a few times. And, they kept using the mouse which didnt move at the screen.
Only after 5mins did they realised that they were using the laptop which wasnt connected to the printer or mouse at all. They both belong to the PC.
Esther even switched on the printer and they wondered why doesnt the thing work.
Ha.

Talk about blurness. :x

I think the net suffers from fits of laughter every now and then, and it's uncontrollable. Really crazy.

HELLO!!!

I just came back from Youth Encounter. Got quite a few things to Xuan1Bu4.

I CAN FINALLY SPEAK IN TONGUES!!!!!!! Since Pre-teen Encounter (2 years ago in Dec?) I've been trying. Last time a bit, but now can. But DO NOT ASK ME TO SING IT/MAKE IT AUDIBLE. I will freak out and I MAY lose it. HA! :3)

Oh yea. After all the sessions about encountering God and encountering God, Pastor Jeremy warned us about some stuff and taught us how to use our newfound power. SHING!!!!!!! Nvm. Er. So, I remembered my friend Jennifer which I am currently waiting for her mother to stop being stressed so she can ask her mother whether she can come for The Edge regularly with us, at the same time trying not to get fed up or frustrated with her because she keeps over-worrying about this certain project. Then I was thinking, only one person. Kind of a breakthrough for me, but still. So I started thinking about my class, running through the index numbers.
Then you know, certain people's faces kept staying in my mind. Then Pastor Jeremy said that God may be giving us specific directions or people on who to share the gospel with etc. Then I went OH NO! as in really panicked because some of them I have not made a good impression of myself to them as a Christian (eg. one of them is the Math rep and I do not usually hand in my Math worksheets on time.) And some of them I realise I have had this weird grudge or judgement over them. (This weird Malaysian scholar that's actually very lazy and doesn't hand up anything ever. Really. And I've never chatted to her before. All words exchanged were in the likes of Excuse Me, Thank you, Where's your Drama Notebook?) Okay, the 2 of them and the rest are my circle of best friends consisting of 5 of them, which includes Jennifer. I came to the realisation that I haven't been attempting to invite my best friends since the Net that time. The last Punggol/Sengkang Net before the split.
Oh yea. Still got another friend I suddenly remembered. She's Jiemin and she's my judoka but she's only 36kg which means I'm 11-12kg heavier/more muscular than her and she's the one I broke the collar bone of. She's not violent or anything, in fact she's actually really nice. Except one time she sort of hurt my feelings unintentionally because she asked me why I didn't like talking to the Chinese High Judokas. :0 She's the kind that thinks it's perfectly normal to have a boyfriend and socialises with everyone and she goes shopping a lot. And she almost aces everything even though she spends all her time shopping. She's absolutely not rude or bitchy if you can say so, but she's just the kind that lives quite differently from us lah.
Oh yea. So she was one of the last people I'd think of inviting to church and I rmb Pastor Jeremy said once a very long time ago, invite people you'd never think of inviting and I asked her but she said very nicely she wasn't very keen on going to church and since then I've never done anything else. So suddenly the Lord put her in my mind again and I was so scared because I don't know if I'd dare ask her again. Then this person (dunno who) suddenly came and touched my head and said that God wanted her to reassure me that He would always be there with me. Then I started getting very fired up and praying and asking God what more he wanted me to do for him.
Then Pastor Jeremy said God'd be starting to give us visions then I prayed for it and I received this vision about my school hall. People were filling it rapidly and they were just spilling in and I saw myself waiting onstage. And I started saying OH NO why did I ask for that vision in the first place. I mean, it's just so weird! And SCARY!!! Then I remembered God would be with me always and that if I just planted the seed God would take care of the rest.
So I felt comforted again, but shortly after I panicked again because God told me there'd be a school Net. Then you know, after awhile I regained my composure. Then Pastor Jeremy (again) said I had a lot of potential and stuff and that I'd be like Moses, leading millions to Him. All the people that prayed for me in all the prayers no matter what subject all said that I had a lot of potential in me that God can't wait to use. Then I was gawking and gasping and being partially cardiac-arrested. Then God just kept on reassuring me that I just needed to plant the seed and He'd take care of the rest and that He'd be with me planting the seed because He knows I'd be afraid. Of rejection or I simply do not know what to do or how to ask like the Malaysian scholar.
Anyway, God showed me a lot of things today and I wanna thank God for that. And I know God has been using me to do works in lives already because my friend Jennifer cried that time I told her she'd been asking "Who Am I?" for a very long time and God told me that and said to her through me that God would give her her destiny. You guys know that.
YAY! So happy now.

Story:

A pretty woman was serving a life sentence in prison. Angry and
resentful about her situation, she had decided that she would rather die than to
live another year in prison. Over the years she had become good friends
with one of the prison caretakers. His job, among others, was to bury those
prisoners who died in a graveyard just outside the prison walls. When a prisoner
died,the caretaker rang a bell, which was heard by everyone. The caretaker
then got the body and put it in a casket. Next,he entered his office to
fill out the death certificate before returning to the casket to nail the lid
shut.
Finally, he put the casket on a wagon to take it to the graveyard and
bury it.
Knowing this routine, the woman devised an escape plan and shared it
with the caretaker. The next time the bell rang, the woman would leave her
cell and sneak into the dark room where the coffins were kept. She would
slip into the coffin with the dead body while the caretaker was filling out
the death certificate. When the caretaker returned, he would nail the lid
shut and take the coffin outside the prison with the woman in the coffin
along with the dead body. He would then bury the coffin. The woman knew
there would be enough air for her to breathe until later in the evening
when the caretaker would return to the graveyard under the cover of
darkness,dig up the coffin, open it, and set her free.
The caretaker was reluctant to go along with this plan, but since he
and the woman had become good friends over the years, he agreed to do it. The
woman waited several weeks before someone in the prison died. She was asleep
in her cell when she heard the death bell ring. She got up, picked the
lock of her cell, and slowly walked down the hallway. She was nearly caught a
couple of times. Her heart was beating fast. She opened the door to the
darkened room where the coffins were kept. Quietly in the dark, she found the
coffin that contained the dead body, carefully climbed into the coffin and
pulled the lid shut to wait for the caretaker to come and nail the lid shut.
Soon she heard footsteps and the pounding of the hammer and nails.
Even though she was very uncomfortable in the coffin with the dead body,she
knew that with each nail she was one step closer to freedom. The coffin was
lifted onto the wagon and taken outside to the graveyard. She could
feel the coffin being lowered into the ground. She didn't make a sound as the
coffin hit the bottom of the grave with a thud. Finally she heard the dirt
dropping onto the top of the wooden coffin,and she knew that it was only a
matter of time until she would be free at last. After several minutes of
absolute silence, she began to laugh. She was free! She was free!
Feeling curious, she decided to light a match to find out the identity
of the dead prisoner beside her. To her horror, she discovered that she
was lying next to the dead caretaker. ....

Many people believe they have life all figured out. They plan to sin,
to live their lives by their own rules, and by so doing gain freedom and
happiness. In the end, however, they discover the grisly truth - sin
only leads to death and destruction. Don't let sin take you to the grave.
There is no escape once the dirt is tossed on top of the coffin.

I got a testimony!! and i can't wait till Fri!!
So...here goes...

I would like to thank God tt i managed to get a room in arrow in swanston. It's quite near to trinity (10min walk) and also it's super near to venetia's place so I'll be able to disturb her easily. Cos i thought everything should be ok since my mum faxed over the application form yesterday but who knew tt i would receive a mail asking if i wanted the room a not cos there is only one room left. Gave me a huge shock. spent the whole morn sending dozens of emails and harassing the lady. Thankfully, the lady was understanding enough and gave me the first priority instead of other ppl. Tt place is apparently very "hot". And I GOT THE ROOM!! Thank God man...prayed like crazy during those tense moments this morn. Also almost died of heart attack and my finger almost rotted from clicking refresh so many times.

I am really looking towards the breakthrough that pastor Doug mentioned for the church this year, and although a few had said they can't wait to see me leading a net soon, I have to say, I CAN't Wait to SEE ALL of us leading a net soon, because it is through God's grace that we grow spiritually together as a group and individually become leaders as well. Hee.

Since Evie is complaining that we should post rather than tag, this shall be my first post.
Many testimonies were shared at edge today.
Even I shared one on how God touched my life and turned my life around.
I feel like a new person!
He has taken away my fears (I know that cos my biggest fear is to stand in front of a crowd and talk) He has also helped my to realise that even when I'm being left out from the group in church and school, He is there with me and I can turn to him if i am lonely.
I have also set a higher standard for myself so that i can be an example to my friends.
So i think i have overcome my stagefright....
But still, i have to work harder to be more open to you guys.

Ok la.. what we did was shared about youth camp and stuff, and prayed for all. SO it was a good time being open with one another. I just hafta say this again for those who werent there - I really appreciate you all alot and I love you! Haha.. Sorry for being so mushy! =p

You know, I'm so glad that I stayed on in the Youth Ministry. I almost left a few years ago but somehow I know that God has called me to be in this ministry and I'm so happy that I obeyed him.
